Applicants must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Operate a website, social media account, or marketing platform that complies with applicable laws and regulations

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

• Promote US Amino Peptides in a truthful and ethical manner
• Comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, and consumer protection laws
• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law
• Avoid misleading, deceptive, or false claims regarding products or services

Affiliates may not:

• Represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of US Amino Peptides
• Make medical, therapeutic, or health claims about any product
• Promote products for human consumption or veterinary use
• Engage in spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive marketing practices

3. Research Use Compliance

All US Amino Peptides products are sold strictly for research and laboratory purposes only.

Affiliates must not:

• Suggest products are intended for human consumption
• Promote products as dietary supplements, medicines, treatments, or cures
• Make claims regarding disease prevention, diagnosis, mitigation, treatment, or cure
• Encourage any use inconsistent with our Research Use Only policy

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.

4. Commission Structure

Eligible affiliates may earn commissions on qualified purchases generated through approved affiliate links.

Commission eligibility may be subject to:

• Successful order completion
• Fraud screening and verification
• Refund and chargeback review periods
• Compliance with these Terms & Conditions

US Amino Peptides reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time.

5. Payment Terms

Affiliate commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule established by US Amino Peptides.

Payments may be withheld or adjusted for:

• Refunded transactions
• Chargebacks
• Fraudulent orders
• Violations of affiliate policies

Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes related to affiliate earnings.

6. Prohibited Marketing Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• False or misleading advertising
• Trademark infringement
• Brand impersonation
• Unauthorized paid search campaigns using company trademarks
• Spam email marketing
• Cookie stuffing
• Incentivized traffic without written approval
• Fraudulent lead generation
• Promotion on websites containing illegal, offensive, or harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

US Amino Peptides grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials provided through the Affiliate Program.

All trademarks, logos, content, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of US Amino Peptides.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.

US Amino Peptides may immediately terminate an affiliate account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misrepresentation of products
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations

Upon termination, all rights to promote US Amino Peptides products cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Amino Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

10. Modification of Terms

US Amino Peptides reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
